However, I found that by trying some of the different shoe-lacing techniques (most of which I found through google/pinterest), I found one that really helped so that my circulation wasn't being cut off when my feet got hot! It can take up to two weeks to acclimate to heat, and during that time your efforts will not equal your normal pace.
