We've made it to Friday, once again, y'all! This is an EXTRA relieving Friday for me, as the Math End of Course Exams are starting next week. That means that all of the craziness I've been dealing with for the past month will begin slowing down. Sounds good to me :)
Since it's Friday, let's go through some of my favorite things from the week. I haven't done this in a while, and it's a great way for me to share some random things from my week with you!
Favorite Return: 24!!
I don't know about y'all, but I was SO EXCITED for the return of the TV show 24 this week!! All through high school and college, I watched this show with a bunch of my friends. After the series went off the air, Joe watched the whole thing and fell in love with the show, too. So, when we heard they were coming out with 12 episodes of 24: Live Another Day, we were pumped!! We wound up recording Monday's premiere and watched it Tuesday night. I was so excited to see Jack Bauer again (and Chloe!) and can't wait for the reason of the season!
Favorite Treat: Starbucks
Another favorite return this week is the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino from Starbucks! I've been enjoying Frappuccino Happy Hour a lot this week, and this is my go-to summer coffee drink. I usually get the light version, but you get more cookie pieces AND chocolate whipped cream when you get the regular version :)
Favorite Tune: "Ain't It Fun" by Paramore
As
you may already know, I love love LOVE Paramore. I heard their new song "Ain't It Fun" a few weeks ago, but this week I've been searching radio stations until I hear it come on. It's so much fun to sing along to in the car! I'll probably go ahead and buy their new CD here soon so I can listen to it whenever I want. I mean, I have to be prepared for when I see them on MonumenTour this summer with Fall Out Boy, right?
Favorite Laugh: Emma Stone vs. Jimmy Fallon Lip Sync Contest
We record the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and I finally watched last week's episodes this week. One of them had Emma Stone as a guest, and while on the show, she and Jimmy Fallon had a lip sync contest. It was pretty hilarious, so if you didn't see it, definitely watch it! Who knew Emma Stone was such a good lip syncer?!
Favorite Picture of Tequila
Our puppy is just so darn cute! This was Thursday night while we were watching the NFL draft. She's excited that the Jaguars got the UCF quarterback, Brent Bortles (or not...)! It's funny because I think she knows when I'm taking pictures now. I can never get her to look at me, so I always have to be ready to get a candid shot of her.

I've also been really enjoying starbucks happy hour- I've been getting the carmel ribbon crunch- YUM!! I LOVE love it :)
ReplyDeleteI've never tried that one! I also get the cookie crumble because I know I like it and don't want to be disappointed. Maybe I'll just bite the bullet and try the Caramel anyway!
