Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! I hope you are feeling loved today! I'll tell you what, Valentine's Day in a high school is pretty funny. Y'all remember that movie Valentine's Day from a few years ago? When Taylor Lautner gave Taylor Swift a huge teddy bear?
My Valentine (aka husband) woke me up with breakfast in bed. He got out of bed at 5:30am to cook for me, and he doesn't even need to be up until 9! I was so surprised, and it was a great way to start the day! Husband of the year, maybe? I think so.
I've got a very easy Crock Pot recipe for you today! This is recipe #7 for PBFinger's Crock Pot Challenge. I found the recipe on Stephanie's blog. She used her slow cooker EVERY DAY for a whole year! Wow!
Here's how I made Orange Honey Tilapia:
- 4 tilapia filets
- Balsamic vinegar
- 1 can mandarin oranges
I served it with steamed fresh broccoli and cheese. Very great flavor, and very easy to make! This is a great recipe for making something quickly when I get home from work, and it'll still be ready by dinner time. I also love the minimal clean-up :)
Well, it's time to go spend some time with Joe! His Valentine's present is some of his favorite beers at House for Beer while watching the Miami Heat game. Have a wonderful rest of your Valentine's Day! I love each and every one of my readers!
